Experience Indigenous Tourism in Alberta

We are huge fans when we have guests come to the Crowsnest Pass. Frank Slide is just something you won’t see anywhere else, there’s a ton of history and antique shops to crawl through, museums, and the scenery is lovely. Frank Slide Interpretive Centre is so well worth it.

Before you get there, go to Head-Smashed-In-Buffalo-Jump when the bands are there dancing. A really cool experience.

We love Jasper but am also a fan of Banff.

If you want to make a circle drive of it, just take the highway from wherever you are, cross the border into BC, drive north or south on 95, cut back into Alberta from the opposite pass you crossed into, and head home.

We’ve done that drive many times – sometimes over a couple of days to as long as 10 days.

We hope your family enjoys their time!
